How many tons for 13 KPH???

agility boost looks nice, but it includes some nasty screen shake.

IS MASC weight and crits = (Mech's weight / 20) rounded up
Clan MASC weight and crits = (mech's tonnage / 25) rounded up

So for the Scat it's 2 tons and 2 crits and the Sexecutioner MASC is 4 tons and 4 crits.

going to be amusing when someone builds a macro for it
chance to dmg legs should be entirely random but increasing with duration
and no reticle shake as that is just silly

Honestly, despite the drawbacks, I could see masc as a real game changer.
So not only will people "buy it for teh ecm" but I predict that people will "buy it for teh masc"

Looks like there are breaks in the shake. Is it possible you can shoot in those breif moments? :huh:

They got MASC working as it does in TT, which is awesome.

Guess what the top 2 Poking Mechs are now? Gauss on the ShadCat will actually be worthwhile, only you'll be out and back in from a poke before the charge up has finished!

Or just let off MASC long enough to pop a shot then re-engage MASC.

Ret shake, so that it has an offset to the nice speed boosts. No, its not a 100% all the time speed boost that turns your Assault mech into a Medium in terms of speed....

Its a nice little sprint thta basically renders you incapable of firing back. IMproved mobility where it counts. No firepower in trade.

It'll be easy to build a macro to have masc constantly on/off in short burst all game so it never gets into the red.

Wouldn't work with the slow recharge .you might get 1-5 kph faster. All so the cursor would be all over the place. You never be able to.shoot.

It looks like it will be pretty well balanced what with the shake and leg damage. And that is a nice boost, especially for a 95 tonner.

Exactly....84 kph in a 95 ton assault mech is brutally fast...that is XL400 BLR speed...
