Print Screen saves it to the clipboard, just like if you copied a line of text. You have to paste it into some kind of image editing program.
Also note that doing Alt + Print Screen will only do it for your currently opened window, which reduces the amount of cropping you have to do.

You CAN put tables in, but the formatting is disgusting.
Best way I found was to select all the data you want, and 'copy as picture'. Then paste into paint, save it as a PNG of whatevs, upload to Imgur or some similar sharing site, then add to the forums like you would a normal image.
SIMPLE!

But if you have a huge amount of data, you could put it in a GoogleDoc and just post the Read Only link in your post.

But to answer your question:
Have sheet open > Print Scrn > Open MS Paint > Ctrl+V > Select Tool on section you want to keep > Ctrl+N > Ctrl+V > Ctrl+S

Not inspired by you, rather inspired by my interest in seeing MWO become a good game I like to play plus having 40-50 hours a week to day dream while I stand on the production floor of a Slaughterhouse pushing pieces of cow through a bandsaw all day......boring as hell, painful, tedious, and my mind wanders all over the place....I am there in body, but never in mind. Worst job I could ever have had. Not cuz of dead cows, but just cuz its factory work and its goddamn miserable.....hope to get back to trucking......that was much more fun and enjoyable....

That is my rough attempt at it, done in about an hour, but like a week of randomly drumming it up in my head.
