Is there an assault mech in the history of Battletech that follows the same lines as the Urbanmech, Blackjack and Jagermech? The whole arms right at the top etc would be fun to have an entire drop deck like that.

So if you are talking about the barrel chest, you're looking for the Imp.
If you are talking about high weapon mounts, here's a list (no attention was paid to timeline availability).

Fire Moth, that's a REALLY small Assault mech.....
