As both leagues had a mostly german-speaking player-base you might ask in the german section of these forums.

well, i am from germany, but i really dont see wy i should exclude anyone who doesnt speak german from the topic.
almost everybody in germany speaks english (at least to some degree) especially if he or she is active in the internet.
