I am just wondering, is there a way to stop the patcher from deleting downloaded patch files immediately after it patches the game?

I ask this because my brother and I play this game and it'd be quicker if I were able to just transfer him the patch file after I or him downloads it first. This way it's be more efficient and quicker for the both of us.
