What do you guys think is the best laser vomit build?
I tried 6xML + 2xLPL and liked it, but it's HOT. And I tried it on Canyon, a neutral map.
It will get better sustained DPS (and one more heatsink) if you drop from ML to SL, but range is meh.

Is EBJ simply not suited for pure energy builds?

Update: tried dual UAC/20 build and couldn't make it work, but dual UAC/10 is great!

Modified UAC/10 build that's been working really well for me and helping me get back into the game. Just started playing again and picked up the EBJ and I'm really enjoying this build.

Dakka w/a side of shoop-da-whoop.

Those UAC/10s are devastating. Med. lasers are good backups. 5.5 tons of ammo seems to be enough. And I can run max armor on all components. Still debating the use of the targeting computer.

Twin uac10 is the best build that i tried in an EBJ but i use 5 ersmall for backup. I found the EBJ quite CT prone and need to play hide and seek a lot to get good result. Wide mech also... just got a Rifleman and see the same problem, loosing some shot in obstacle.
