The Shadowhawk with the energy in the torso has it in the same place as the ballistic ones. The others have energy weapons low in the arms.
All of the BJs EXCEPT the arrow have energy mounts in the arms (the arrow has them in the torso, but they are fairly high). The BJ-3 has the most up high.
Hunchback P (the one with ALL THE LAZORS!)
Catapult K2, and Jester both have really high mounts above the cockpit.
Only the hero Jagermech has arm mounted energy weapons, the rest have them in the torso

The Grasshoppers have some high energy mounts, although the bulk of their hardpoints are lower.

The upcoming Crabs will have several high energy mounts, too.

Timber wolf A but beware the negatives on energy weapons if you use it.

I was using this one last night..
Probably has the highest energy hard points of all mechs. (In terms of sheer height.)
But I believe you can't buy it for Cbills yet. Resistance 1 4th Variant.

Some dragons have 1-2 energy on the shoulder. It's pretty high. Some thunderbolts have 2 high energy mounts and 3 somewhat high energy mounts.

HBR/SCR have head+torso mounts. TBR has the energy shoulder pod.

TBT-7K has 2 highish torso mounted energy hardpoints in the right shoulder. It's quirked for PPC and I do pretty well in it. I actually run it in CW as my initial drop mech sometimes.

Ravens (esp. 3L) and Locusts have them in head height as well as have the Jenners.
In total height it is more on knee level with a 'Hopper though :D
