Have you guys noticed?

Every time in the last few months when there was a big patch, anything changed or added to the game, in the next one or two days after that, there was a mandatory "hot fix"

Why is that?

Is that normal?

Do the Dev's simply release new content and let us play test how broken or malfunctioning it is?

Are the dev's incompetent to not release anything fully functional?

Do they even test stuff before release?

I'd like to hear what you guys think..
