My Wolf Friends and Allies,

Our recent summit gathering was very lucrative. Major attendees included Clan Wolf International, Clan Wolf Delta Galaxy, CWG, MercStar, Interdiction, and Star Wolves. Updates and outcomes appear as follows:

1) MercStar has volunteered their backup server as neutral grounds for all Clan Wolf warriors. Address is sadpandas.failnoob.com:9988 Please join this server if you are just looking for a general hub to join which is not affiliated with any major wolf unit.

2) All warriors looking to team up in a non-lore based environment focused on getting fights please consider the Star Wolves server to help fill out our 12 mans at lucidphoenix.typefrag.com Anyone is welcome to join the unit or just help out in general.

3) Wolf warriors looking for a lore based environment plz consider joining Clan Wolf International. Please see their recruitment thread for more details as they are a bit more selective in their admission process. Likewise Delta Galaxy is another large lore based unit based looking for new members.

4) All wolf warriors should attack the southern most planet first. After this is done move to the next most southern planet and so on. Please refrain from attacking other clans at this time.

5) Once a planet reaches 80% plz do not attack it further if other matches are in the quo. Move on to the next most southern planet

6) Do not attack a new planet if only 2 hours remain unless all other targets are taken.

The Clan Wolf Council was already established before the first map reset, and was already taking place each Friday, and SWOL was there as well. I fail to see the point, as to why do it all over again, when a Council is already established? But this is more of a subject to be discussed on this meeting than here out in the open.

I doubt that I will be able to attend this meeting however, because it is on a Sunday, it will be pretty late for me, and I have to wake up early Monday morning. But our Khan will be taking my place.

What I would like to address in this meeting is, the need of the second Council, what way would be better, to go from step one, or restart what we already have done. And please, find a more available time frame. If it was on Friday or Saturday, those times would not be an issue, at least not for me. But as I have said, this is to be discussed on the meeting it self.

This summit has the approval of our Khan Merlin Conners. Your unit lead Meldric was there as well in representing Gamma galaxy. If there was a council already established, why did it not involve all of clan wolf and allies? Such information should have been shared with our greatest ally, MercStar. A teamspeak will be set aside to accommodate all wolf pugs and smaller units. it will also serve as a hub for all unit leaders to convey information and strategies with each other so that we can coordinate effectively. if this was the previous council's purpose, it was not effectively reaching CWI, SWOL, MS, Delta, etc. today at the summit we were wholly unaware of the existence of the previous wolf council. we wish that all units will henceforth be more transparent with the flow of information. especially to our allies.

thank you for the response. I can assure you, this was known to CWI, as well as CWDG, and RCW, and as far as I know, Khan Merlin did keep MercStar in the loop. The council meetings were taking place on Fridays ceasefire on your TeamSpeak servers. The Council did go a little bit quiet after the CW reset, and we did make an attempt to restart it, but somehow a lot of people lost interest in CW altogether afterward. Do not understand me wrong, I salute you for making an effort in making this happen again, I was just surprised how almost everyone was unaware about this happening, even when all bigger Clan Wolf units were taking part in those meetings.

Indeed I can confirm that we did a lot of effort to include everyone that was around into the council. The plan there was to get ANY wolf unit represented. Yes I was there nearly every time the council was gathering, but after all, as firestorm said, it got quiet. Finally, it does not matter if we call it a summit or a council. The simple truth is that we need it and if we now have it again, everyone gets what is wanted and necessary, the name does not make a difference.

There was a number of mails going around about different topics. There was a thread in this forum here as well (while establishing). I would think that the results the council achieved would deserve to be taken into regard, otherwise we would have the same discussions again. But on the other hand, a lot of things have changed and some if not most of the decisions became obsolete meanwhile. I further think that communication should be improved (which has already been started yesterday), so that we do not find ourselves in a year establishing the next body doing the same thing (we will run short of names after a while...).

Khan Merlin Conners was in the council meetings close to every single time they took place. They were happening on the CWI-Teamspeak and there were representatives of Alpha (CWI), Beta (Ru) and Delta Galaxies (Loremaster Charles Seneca of Delta Galaxy was there many times). So unawareness of those efforts must probably be blamed to insufficient communications.
The Trial of bloodright of Gamma Galaxy with participation of the other galaxies has been discussed there.

And now I would suggest to take the discussion off here and to the meetings where they belong.

Yesterday it was mentioned that there could be other activities. I would still love to put the ToBs onto a common ground (concerning rules and the bloodrights that are won there) and there were other possible events mentioned (like 8vs8 Tournaments, Roleplay events and other things).

Obviously, I would appreciate if those thoughts would be continued.
