With the Huggin on sale and the bonuses, lots of them are on the battlefield, and enemy teams are showing a rather annoying propensity for watching their rears.
Guys, you need to face forward and trade shots with the enemy at 450m with your medium lasers. The little raven coming in from the flank is no danger, I assure you.
Stop facing sideways, there is plenty of terrain and sky to fruitlessly shoot right in front of you.

It's actually Huginn.
One of Odin's ravens (along with Muninn).
And I absolutely hate everyone who uses one.

I always screw up the spelling, which is odd, given that I'm normally quite good at that particular application.

At least the streak crows take care of most of the light problems.

Look at the embers score the huggin is at least 15% better. Everyone kept saying how op it was and it got left in the dust when quirks came around.

The Huginn is absolutely easier to score high damage numbers in. Even in stomps, it's pretty rare I score less than 200 damage, simply because it can throw that out in a very short period of time. If I do something dumb like chase other lights, I can score very low in a match, because this game hates hitreg with srms against fast lights.

I love my huggin. I wonder how much the ammo limitations will effect the high scores.

Blehh, Huginns. Annoying buggers. Strip the MGs, might even forego the Artemis if you run out of ammo frequently - max engine and twin SRM4s plus as much ammo as you can cram in it is the way to go.
Nightmare to deal with, especially with high-ping players being naturally weak to fast lights (damage just disappears into thin air for some reason).
To counter them - don't ever get caught out, and don't ever listen to whatever the OP is spouting! (He has a point, though - we should worry more about Ebon Jags and Direwhales and Miseries [plural Misery?])

This one match, I'm in a Kit Fox... it's early game on Mining Co. I'm providing ECM for our blob of assault mechs ( DWFs, KGC and HGN ) At one point we stop and my seismic picks up a lone blip slowly coming around behind the lance. It's obviously a flanking light and I feel a little bad for the reaming he's about to get as soon as I get him targetted on sensors. So I move into visual range ... and it's a Huggin ... I barely have time to open up on him before six mechs >> SIX << come crashing down on him. Thor dropped his hammer on Odin's pet that day. Turns out that felt pretty good
Before Vis contact and the poor thing's death our assaults barely had time to turn around...
That mech, like the Grid Iron is hated because of the insane quirks it has.
