Currently, MASC multiplies your max speed by 1.2 to get your MASC speed.
Does this stack with your speed tweaked speed? As in, if your speed is raised using speed tweak, do you then multiply THAT number by 1.2 to get the MASC speed?

yes MASC boost your speed ontop of any movement modifiers like speed tweak or quirks
