Can we get an official list of known issues?

1) MASC alarm does not always sound. Causes legs to get damaged. Noticed that it happens when getting shot in the left torso.
2) MASC alarm sometimes sounds when not activated.
3) MASC alarm, damage and scale do not always match.
4) MASC will sometimes stick in the on position when using MASC, JJ and under high heat.
