As a new player, i would try to take another module, radarderp is the only module that you can compensate with skill.
You will need some time to learn, maybe play a lrm-boat for yourself to see the other side but i gives you a second module that you cant compensate with skill.

Target info gathering is a module you can compensate with a cap/bap, depends if you have to spare that 1(1,5) tons.

But we will see what happens after the rebalance ....
