So I broke a faction contract after a day, and it took my cbills but did break the contract. Not only that no faction games show up anymore so it kind of broke it but then didn't. Basically I'm sol. Any thoughts on this issue.

Thanks

There is a three day cooldown when you break a contract. So when you do that it cancels all the remaining time minus three days.

Should ask before something expensive in the future.

The first time I did this there was still a two day cooldown. This is to prevent rapid faction changes. Think of it like quitting your job, with a two day notice rather than 2 week notice. Though it sounds like it is 3 days now.

Now when I broke it, it still allowed me to play for my faction during the cooldown period. So that part is weird. Wonder if that's a recent change?

In the future I would advise not breaking contracts. It's... inconvenient. Sure your reputation doesn't matter like it would if this were 'real', but the inconvenience is just as bad.
