Many of you follow the works of Agent Cooper and, Lyonn, and myself making our 1/60 scale mechs. I have been working on a Masakari and have recently completed others like the Thor and Cougar and Thanatos and Annihilator and many others.

I have decided on my next mech. It is the classic of all classic mechs and probably the most unloved mech around...even more unloved than the Urbie.

Any guesses?

Here is a visual hint....

I'll guess Mackie as well.

Ah....I always make it too easy. Yes, the Mackie...the most unloved mech around. I figure I cannot have a mech collection without the mother of all mechs.

I actually would love to see a Mackie. I considered doing one a while back but I have so many in line first.
How are you going to do it?

Paper model. Do you have it? I am going to have to guess at size as the paper model size only builds to about 9"....but I would think this thing should be about as tall as the Atlas. It is a 100 ton mech and the tech at the time had to be bulky....

Although there is this...Actually, I've yet to see a canonical source for a 55-ton Mackie (It's come up in a recent CBT project as well, actually).

This is from Herbert A. Beas, a writer at Battlecorps and a CBT product line developer. However, I have alread printed out the parts, so I am sticking with 100 tons.

Nope dont have paper of that. I imagine that it would be much shorter than the Atlas as it was the first real battlemech so the armor would be heavier and bulkier than modern standards.
