I think it would be nice if the MOL community would be able to create custom skins/camo's and decals that can be voted on and then have you the Dev's place those skins/camo's and decals into the game. I created skins & camo patterns for a lot of the Mecktek meck packs for MP1 threw MP4 as I was part of their art team and Alpha & Beta tester. With the skins being voted on and then with your aproval (Dev's) it lets us help you to create content without tieing up your team. Its a win-win for everyone. You get free content and we get even more buy in to your product.

Agreed, I've seen some pretty cool custom logos floating around on the interwebs, and some pretty nice color schemes for mechs on here that would be cool.

@PGI
Cutter is able to turn even the most sexy Mechs into godlike. He's got a good feeling for camo and textures in general. Please take a look at his work, it's worth it and much more. Thank you =)

+1, no brainer from a Community partnership with some sense of improved "stakeholder" relationships in helping PGI.
This naturally assumes such initiatives can be supported to be of mutual benefit and ofc PGI no expectations that editorial control with submissions wouldn't be retained should anyone have concerns with QA.
I doubt it is lost on PGI the apparent level of interest in this development area as there seems to have been wide interest in custom skins and decals to apply to mechs.

I would also second this notion as i would also like to see this come to light, it would give members of MWOL a sense of ownership towards there Mech, plus they would take more care, when it comes to tactical decision making, i know i would!
