I'm just sceptical to the idea, I don't see how your screenshots imply anything more than a collection of unlucky matches.
For your viewing pleasure. 11 of my most recent solo PUG games, in link format. Was in training for 4 hours last night with team, so this is all I got in before that and today.
Notice something about the losing team in these 8. Seeing a trend? Something about 30 match score or 200 damage?

Then there was the one match that was won be me and a small group pushing across the water to cap base. But, we would have lost otherwise. Notice how many have sub 30 Match/200 Damage on my team?

But, there were 2 matches that were pretty even.

So I hope this now shows what Mcgral18 said, my average experience. Even though I post only one pic, at my Elo level I'm seeing this all the time when I solo PUG. Sometimes I benefit from it, sometimes I don't. And, it sounds like it's going to take me a ton of group PUG games to move out.
But, also from what I've heard, they want to rebuild the Elo Matchmaker and make it more performance based before Steam launch. Which, is EXACTLY what those in Elo Hell have been requesting. That should make new player/underperforming player experience better.
I'll put up with it now that I know they recognize there is an issue. Plus, I should be doing more group drops.
Oh, and in case you thought I was joking about the #1 Elo Hell experience...
