Where Can I See Chassis Quirks In The Mech Lab?

I'd appreciate if you could please point me in the right direction.

I can't see them in the Mech Lab stats panel, nor via the Inventory screen.

on the lower right of the mechlab there is a square within a square where it says mech stats, click that to expand the quirks window.

I had clicked the title previously (to no effect) but didn't realise that that square picture was an expand window button.
