Since the patch I've had very bad in-game rubber banding. It's basically rendered the game unplayable. I don't have any of the ping issues others have mentioned here (usually less than 40). Anybody else having this problem?

I can't tell whether it's coincidence or not but I have the same problem since today...

For the first time in a long time I had that and some server lag where everything seems to stand still or move in place and after a while it goes back to real-time, even though ping is regular and stable.

Seems that every match I've been in today someone has been rubber banding. My ping has been stable @ 35. There have been 2 and 3 hundred pings in the games on one side or the other if that makes a difference. Pinged mwomercs.com for a few minutes and I have no dropped packets either.

Saw a couple people rubberbanding today too. It wasn't me, though. Just a couple different people in different games, one-off incidents. Bit unusual.

I've had rubber banding issues on and off for the last few patches, but my ping usually hovers around 220-250 (I'm in New Zealand). It's more prevalent on some maps: River City, Crimson Strait, HPG Manifold. It rarely shows up on Alpine Peaks unless there are a lot of mechs around me all firing their weapons. This points to problems keeping all of the data sync'd between each client.
Another frequent problem that goes hand-in-hand with rubber banding is the lag time on enemy shots. I usually pilot lights, so I'm frequently behind cover by the time a shot registers. It can make it seem like the shot is coming through the building/hill that I'm hiding behind. I put this down to the lag time between when the enemy's MWO client displays my mech under his/her sights and he/she fires, till the hit gets registered on my machine.

rubber banding has been worse since about 2 patches ago. its annoying, however I have played worse games for it.
TBH I thought it was just us with high pings (aussies etc) and was going to wait for the new euro and oceanic servers - but if its happening to others also with decent pings it may need to be looked at.

Yep, I've been experiencing this too, especially in thermal mode. I've also noticed that my FPS rate has started crashing during group matches, but not in PUGs for some reason. This is all new.

Noticed a bit more rubber banding this last week or so, seems especially problematic at the start of matches for some reason.
Last little bit I've noticed my FPS in thermal is really low. Makes fighting on Frozen City a treat during the blizzard conditions.

I would not call it massive, but I have experienced rubber banding recently. Either myself or (most times) light Mechs that warped across the map. My ping is relativeley stable (110 for 99% and 130-ish for the other 1%).
