Coming stock with a STD270, Ferro and no Endo...it wouldn't be a very good Omni.
Thank goodness it's a superior Battlemech.
Strip every weapon, add Endo, remove JJs and you're left with 50.5 tons of weapons...same as the Whale.
Also the same speed. Upgrade to a 270XL and you have 57.5 tons of guns.
Although, that 48 Kph is just painful, so using the next TT engine size up, a 360XL, that leaves you with 47.5 tons of pod space while moving 71 Kph.
The 3 JJs set you back 6 tons, to 41.5. Although, not knowing how IIC engine rules are going to be, it might be stuck at the same max as the other HGNs, of 325. That gives you 4.5 tons more than the 360 to work with, total of 52 tons of weapons, and a top speed of 64 Kph.
Hardpoints on the IIC aren't terrible, at 3M 3E and 1B, they look similar to the 732 with the same hardpoints, but different locations. 732 can sword and board Energy and Gauss, while the IIC swaps STs, and has the E hardpoints on the LT.

I feel PGI might mirror the IS Highlanders for engines...so let's build with the assumption of a 325 max cap, with 52 tons of guns.
Might as well max the JJs, since they're getting a buff, down to 46 tons.
Gauss(30), 2LPLs, ERML costs you 28 tons, leaving you with 13.5. Now, when loadout it up with heatsinks...I'm having crit slot issues.
Removing Ferro costs you 3 tons, but allows for 3 more heatsinks. With 23 heatsinks...I'm at crit capacity, but still have 2 tons left.
Dropping down to 19 DHS, you can fit 3 SRM4s with 250 rounds, Gauss(30), 2 LPLs, ERML, with the max 3 JJs.
While I'd prefer to be able to run 71 Kph and ditch the missiles, that's still a decent enough loadout, 33 hitscan damage, 15 from the Gauss, supported by 12 SRM tubes up close.
And fun fact, since the IIC has a LAA, but not Arm actuator, it can fit an entire LB20x in the arm, with full arm actuation (as both arms have LAAs).
For the brawler in you, LB20x (4 tons), 3SRM6+A(300), 3 MPLs, 16DHS w/3JJs
Still, a tad slow for a brawler, but it's the typical Atlas Brawler, minus ECM, +cXL+JJs.
Like the Hunchback, the future variants have FutureTech...but one of them just sounds so beautiful.

I mean...just look at that. ECM, Missiles, AP Gauss, Laser heatsinks...or, I mean, Dual Gauss+ECM+LPLs
I totally wouldn't use 6 MGs...
So, we're probably not getting the IIC2, even in spirit. It's too damned good.
AP Gauss could be swapped for MGs, and the ATM6s could be swapped for LRM15s, and laser heatsinks are identical to normal DHS...but the robot is just too much.
The IIC3 shares the Jesus Box of the IIC3, but hardpoints are identical to the IIC1.
So, variants are up in the air...but the options could be VERY good.
All arms are fully actuated, even with Dakka.
