It would have to factor in the weight, armor and/or maybe alpha.
Some people contribute to a win or a loss with more than just damage done. Over extending rambo or Tag deprived LRM boat against ECM. Then there are those that do push, take a butt ton of damage rolling it front to back like mamma taught you. When a light does a fly by and half a team turns to chase it leaving any chance of forming a firing line behind them.
These things happen and for the most part I enjoy playing enough to forgive some people. If I had killed 8 instead of 5, we'd have won.
