I haven't been playing for very long but the last 2 days have seen what I believe to be heavy lag spikes. Anybody else getting these and should I report it as a problem to support ?

yesterday I noticed some nonsense lags, like, you see only your team moving, for 10 seconds, then sudenly, you have 4 red around you, on the map. Only yesterday, never happend before.
