I'll keep this one short. After watching dev log #12, I am actually looking forward to playing river city - now that it will be very much improved. Thanks for that! And......What do I have to do to get one of those Centurions?!?!?!?! I noticed in the dev log that a Yen Lo Wang was standing proud on the table, holding the microphone on his shoulder. Take my money and send me that Yen Lo please!!

We all want the MWO merch, sadly, PGI only has digital rights. If they make physical merchandise, they will get sued.
If you know someone with a 3D printer, you can use the in-game models to make print out your own minis.

It was made by one of the players, Almeras (who I think works at a 3D printer shop?), and given to PGI as a gift. It has interchangeable arms (variable geometry! PGI take notes!). He made a thread about it a year ago, and even included a video of it.
I don't think he sells them though (since it's a bit of a legal mess whether he's then liable to be sued or not).
Edit: As a price point reference, he said one of them ran him $700+ to print. Just so you don't lowball your offer

My wife just FELT me reach for my wallet. She's nowhere near me, and I still heard her say 'NO' in that stern voice she reserves for our kids when they're about to do anything sneaky, and me when I see something awesome like a talking toaster.

I'm imagining this is your IRL reaction to her detection of you.

You poor little thing.
I don't even have to reach for my wallet. My one and only would just surprise me.
