Problem:
I think at the moment it is really hard to win when you play in a Pug. Very often you are confronted with organized Teams a you have literally no chance to win/score.

Idea:
So what about a new game mode with, for example with 2 - 6 Lances and its all vs all? (so that only one lance can win.)
So it would be much easier for PUGs to play together and it wouldn't be that inbalanced.
