Quite Simple. An item to be found on an upcoming map redo as a capturable item.
You capture it, put it in your Mech, and your Mech can then make a sound like a truckers horn. It would insert itself as a weapon so you could press a number key such as 4, 5, or 6 to activate.

Nope. This is my idea. My design. If you want a warhorn that can do that. Post it. My idea stands. Period.
