Spider = Taller - it should be spindly

Urbie = Shorter - it should be stocky

Firestarter = Taller - needs to be taller than Raven, since it's mass is more vertical than deep.

this entire voting is obsolete!
ppl vote to have the mech rescaled /OP that they play most
rescaling has to be according Lore and game balance
not always lighter means smaller, espetially if talk about 5 tons, there are also other factors like steep climbing, acceleration, speed, total armor etc.

The Panther is one of the largest Light Mech and should be shrinked.

they should all be larger, assuming some relation between weight and displacement they are mostly about half the displacement they should be, I am saying this as someone who plays Light Mechs a lot.

As it was already said here, lights are generally nicely scaled. Kitfox could be made a bit smaller, but rather to make it more viable than because the scaling is so bad... it isn't

Didn't vote because of that

the Lights in MWO ok ,all other Mechs ,in MWO the double BT Size
Shadowhawk in BT have the Height of the Lenght of a M1 Abrams ~9,5m
Thunderbolt ~8,5m
all Other Mechs most ~10 m Height

with this ,the Mechs must faster run for the some Range in Time =not more easy big targets =Problem:Running Animations for all Other Medium,Heavy/AssaultMechs

left:MWO size
Right real BT Size of catapult

The worst part for me is the fact that Uller (kitfox) will probably be one of the 5 mechs that'll receive the rescaling, even though there are mechs in other weightclasses that need it WAY WAY WAAAAAAAY more than the Uller...

Here are the current mechs, sidebyside:

Also for some, such as the Kit Fox, Adder and Mad Dogs issues would be helped significantly by lowering the torso, rather than the very extended legs.

I would indeed like the kit fox to be a bit smaller, just don't change how it looks. I really like its design, it just is a big big.

No because the adder is 35 tons and the kit fox is 30 tons, they shouldn't be the exact same size. Just vote for both if u want both of them smaller

I know I already commented on you buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut...

This line up shows the 35 ton jenner smaller then the 30 ton spider...

While the 30 ton kitfox is slightly higher then the spider and is about the same with the other 35 tonners... this picture mostly shows how the Jenner is an outlier and not the kitfox...

The Kit fox is bigger than the 35 ton jenner and somehow the kitfox is not the outlier? that doesn't make any sense

The 35T Jenner is shorter than the Spider.
It is far longer and bulkier.

The Kit Fox physically is fine, it's just too talll, due to the legs being over extended.

Bend its knees till the top of the ridge is the same height as the armour panel, and it'll be spot on.

Why do people forget these things have 3 dimensions.

Here we go:

Light Mechs front and side.

The Locust, Kit Fox and Adder legs are all stretched.

The Locust wants a slight bend at the knee to make it match the Ravens stance.
The Adder wants to crouch a little bit just to give a more natural look to its stance.
The Kit Fox wants to crouch till the top matches the Adder.

These 3 do not have scaling issues, it's stance issues.

I just cannot think of one single Light Mech needing a fix. Kit Fox and Adder are fine. In a vote with all categories, no Light should be voted for.

Ok, so with a little bit of hack-jobbery, this shows how it'll fix the three I mentioned above: (this is a problem inherrent to most chickenwalkers tbh)

While i agree kit fox needs a squatter stance,

Kit fox would look terrible if it was that squat

The Urbanmech should be fatter and a slight bit taller. The Spider should be a bit thinner, especially in the legs (and it looks too much like the 3080s version). The Commando's limbs seem a tad bit thick to me.

For the most part light mechs are pretty well scaled when compared with all other classes, I guess it makes sense to vote the kit fox then because it is rather wide, as is the Adder, which in addition to their slower top speed makes them easier to kill.
