Don't reset a planets.

Why?

On a rolling 7 'day' (ceasefire) basis, a faction must hold it for at least 4 (5?) of the ceasefires over the period.

This gives a timezone 3 sessions (based on their peak activity) to hold it at the end and one 'off-peak' win to flip it. It makes your timezone matter less and gives the planet higher activity levels over a few days.

This would then give the feel of reinforcements (other time zones) arriving on the planet to help both sides.

Attack corridor is only recalculated after the planet flips (subject to possible scouting rules that have been talked about for determining next planet).
