I thought that they decided on River City before the Founder vote.

RCR was already in the works when the Founder's event went up. The event was to decide the next map to get redone, not the first one. Next up is FCR.

River City was the first map to be overhauled. Founder's decided the first map after River City to be overhauled. River City was already started when they had the founders event vote thing. So the next one will be Forest Colony.

That's right. If you haven't already heard, we are returning to the original maps and adding key features and upgrades to bring them up to a new standard. Work is already underway on River City.

I'm glad that the first map to be remade was not up for a vote because RC 1.0 is the worst map in the rotation by far.

To be honest River City was one of the most fun maps to play on.

The worst map on rotation is Alpine Peaks.

River City definitely needs to be fixed, and first. The map has a lot of technical and conceptual problems, including the constant getting your feet stuck bug.

See, I actually enjoyed both of those maps.

Alpine was great when you could drag the fight away from Sniper Hill. Had a great Bait and Switch engagement there last week.

And Mordor is great for Stock Matches.

River City is just too damned SMALL for 12 v 12. Hell, it was too small for 8 v 8.

River map was mediocre.

Best maps = HPG, BOG, canyon. (id like to play only those 3 foreva)

Worst map EVA = terra, and alpine. (those 2 SHOULD have been rebuilded from scratch at first place.)
When im drop in one of the 2, id like to rly just skip the whole match. PAIN to play those maps.
