[Retropunch]

Hi all,
I'm having a bit of a problem, when I try to run the patcher it gives me the following error continuously:
x-delta3-3.0.8-x86-32x.exe - Application error
'This application was unable to start correctly. Error code (0x00000142)'

I've tried to do a full reinstall and run the repair tool. I really don't know what else to do - i've looked on the net and haven't managed to find anything about it either.
