Hail warriors of the north,

We are the Monitors, a group of traveling warriors. We do not like to be associated as Mercenaries but we fall under such a category due to our "nomadic behavior". With that being said we have a few policies in place that define us from some of the other "Mercs" out there.

So under the following conditions we will veto our internal voting on a contract and sign one with a faction:

• Once a MWO special community warfare event has ended and requires the unit to sign a new community warfare contract immediately.
  
• If a house or clan is on the verge of extinction and requires our immediate assistance and intervention.
  
• If the unit has been asked by a house or clan community leader to reinforce their territories.

In this regard I feel FRR would be in need of our help. We would only require that permission to assist be granted by a commanding officer of a loyalist group.

We await your response.

Thank you for the response. I will attempt to be on tonight at around 8pm eastern time. Since you've requested our help we would very much like to coordinate with you and your loyalist armies against the clan invaders.
