I dunno, when you said it gave a shower, I was expecting 8x MG LMAO

I was more interested in pestering him about the King Crab, which IIRC you started the campaign for on the forums as well. Also, I was constantly trying to find a chair to take some pressure of my poor legs, sheesh. LOL 300+ people there and about 20 chairs.

don't forget catered free cold food for about 20 people, too.

or... maybe they could add 2 HEROs. One suggested from Bishop - ie police, and 2nd as fireman. uuuuuu gimmeck. Double urbie heroes. like fang and flame. (double dragon 1 arcade game is still my favorite ever). it could have own warhorns, as police siren, and fire siren from real cars.

An Urban Pacification Pack? Done and done!!!! Tweeted to russ!

Maybe we can get a 3 pack, with Police, Fire and Ambulance? Deputy Dawg, Smoke Eater and Rescue?

crazy ,but you never know, what devs could like to develop.....
Id take all 3, but even if we get just ONE from the 3..... = insta buy preorder day 1.

DO IT.

SMOKE EATER is a must for fireman urbie. ..).

They could have like, police officer = 3x MGs,...... Fireman = 3x flamer..... and Rescue = 3x SPL (defibrilator) :))))

PGI thought the Urbie was just a community joke, until they finally caved, and decided to give us the pack. They still weren't sure it was going to be a thing up until the day the pack popped out. Boy did we break their expectations on day 1 of the pack reveal.

I think they'll start taking urbie things more seriously now. I would definitely grab the hero pack.

Ferox Urbis
should have 3 Missile Slots, 3 Energy slots
come with a 180XL off factory, 3 SRM6, 3 medium lasers, 1 AMS.

hydrant
"gives you a shower"
2 missile slots, 2 energy slots, 2 ballistic slots
LRM20 ArtIV, large laser
180XL, ECM, AMS
oh, and there is only one color for this mech:
https://en.wikipedia...ki/Fire_hydrant

mayhem
4 machine guns in each arm, for a total of 8 ballistic slots, and a tag - head based energy.
180 xl, AMS

:)
My thoughts --- same load out as Mayhem but at at least one missile mount point for Narc or what ever your preference.

Deputy Dawg is still my favorite. Paint scheme and name are just too good. I figure it Has 1 large laser, 1 machine gun, 1 streak SRM 2, 1 ams. Add an engine large enough to allow Deputy Dawg to catch the Heavy offenders and those guilty of Assault.

Personally I just want an urbanmech that has a lower speed cap then the current that has an LRM 20 and some small lasers.

That or a urbanmech that's 100% ballistics. Stock having something like 3 machine guns and an LBX 10 or something like that, Having between 6 to 8 ballistic hardpoints.

Because in most cases, devs dont know what community likes the most (they cant read forum ?), and they prefer THEIR vision of the game, which is in most cases, totaly different from players view.

I saw a urbie promo video, where is line from Tina, that she thinks, community wont like urbies. EHM.

I think she was talking about the video itself. That was the Death Blossom video. It ended up being pretty great. I love Paul's quote "I want it to be clear, this was Marketing's idea".

The urbanmech is considered by most to be a bad mech. A joke mech. Even in these forums we've had hundreds of posts saying "Why do you want to add it? It's a POS mech .... etc." All along those lines. PGI finally realized we're not just trolling, and are serious about it, and it made them a lot of money.

I think that was the exact moment when PGI and community really got together as one. For a few beautiful moments under the light of Urbie, the Savior of the Inner Sphere.

Poll is flawed, no Deputy Dawg, no vote.

Poll only needs one option. Gimme the DD!

In all honesty, it's a very efficient mech points wise. In an urban map.

i would like to have all of them Posted Image

and i know my layout for the mayhem would be flamer, 6 MGs, 2 AC2s. definitely. no one needs more then 32kph.

but the fire/police warhorn would be loooovely.

oh, and i would definitely buy a IIC, too. just because i can mount uac20 then...

and one more thing, please make the 60 engine mountable in lights. it still gives enough speed to a locust for making a AC20 locust *evilgrin*

EDIT: and thanks bishop for pestering them. now we only need the little buggers.
