ISP : NOS (Fibre)
Typical (NA) : 120-130ms stable
Typical (EU PTS) : ~66ms stable

Given my connection was already good to the NA servers I don't actually notice much of an improvement, just that some things (like zoom) are a bit faster to react and the cursor flashes red on a hit faster. I'm not sure HSR is significantly better because I already had relatively little to complain about it before.


I actually noticed something about this build that surprised me... I don't think I had any of the stutters that sometimes hit me on the live server right now. Not sure if coincidence or bugfix.
