It's unfortunate that even though we went and bought the mechs early, (and have access to the EXE-D and other variants), the 4th variant omnipods are not available for purchase via C-bills.

It'd be really great if they were unlocked for us specifically.

I mean, I can't build this: EXE-PRIME Because of this issue.

The lower arm actuators and hand actuators are only on two particular omnipods, one of which is exclusive to the D.

I don't think they have a way to segregate the mechlab currently... There's no system in place to say, "This person has access to buy this item, but this person does not" It's not so much that they're denying access to it, it's that they don't have a way to allow access to it only to select people. Either it's there for all to buy, or it's not. I suspect, if they did, we'd be able to buy more variants of chassis we got through preorder too.
