Would be awesome if a guildleader could create his own Teamlogo (with specific rules, as 100x100px, .gif, without a background) and then load it up to the game und paint it on his/her mech!

I agree that would be awesome! However there is just too much liability for the company if someone paints a copywrited image.

I wonder if there is some sort of official service that can clear images like that. PGI could perhaps arrange it for a fee which would cover any expense in doing so. That way people still could, but it would be less likely to be trolled (and if it was, money void!).
