minimum roster 12
max 48


for all of the units who felt left out in the cold by the last event

So that the majority can be left out?

I'd definitely like something that is based off of something other than unit size (and ghost drops shouldn't count for anything) but leaving the majority of the CW community out of the event doesn't seem to be a big draw to me.
