After i click play in the launcher the game window opens but then stays black and empty, eventually it says (not responding) and i just have to close the program.

If i reboot it'll let me in only to freeze mid-game; attempting to rejoin results in the not responding black box again.

Drivers are up to date and i've even reinstalled the game. Repair tool (which should be unecessary considering the fresh install) never finishes the process and has to be manually closed same as the game.

I've been trying to get back into the game... this isn't helping.

You know where your user.cfg is, or should be?

sys_budget_sysmem = 3072
sys_budget_videomem = X
sys_MaxFPS = 62

Where "X" is the amount of VRAM on you card.
