Someone asking PGI for bigger Mauler side torsos.
I guess some people aren't satisfied unless they're guaranteed to have their super size, side torsos, blown off within 30 seconds of every game.

Im part of camp number 2, and hope that the missile boxes go away when i inevitably equip zero missiles on any variant, regardless of how 'UnMaulerlike' it makes it look. I wont care when im in the cockpit, and id like the new IS dakkamachine to be good. The KGCs ballistic mounts are annoying enough (too low, too wide) that i don't use the mech often, despite its excellent agility for a 100 tonner, and the Mauler will fix that problem with its higher, closer together ballistic ports. Assuming it has no serious hitbox disasters it will almost certainly become my go to IS dakka mech.

Might be harder to do than you might think Widow...
If the MW:O version looks like this:
The shoulders seem to be attached to the Missile pods.

I think its quite likely to look more like this:
The pods probably wont disappear, sadly, because the arms are kinda attached to them. But they arent too large, dont stick up very far past the cockpit, and the arms should shield them from the sides, so it should be ok. If they vanished it might be XL viable though, which would be nice.

I would run an XL in that with pods.

C-bills version for me.
I must admit that I never liked the mauler with his big hunches....
(But the Wolfhound of Dan Allard is been my insta-buy, along with the juicy Crab)
