Just wanted to say how Awesome the Arctic Cheetah is as a very pokey Clan Light Mech.

Definitely fills a niche that the Clans didn't have before, and reminds me of my old Raven 3L builds.

PGI, you guys did well!

What do you guys think?

My best game in it tonight (no skills unlocked, tired and not a light pilot at all) 2 kills 6 assits.

Best assist game was 1 kill 10 assists.

Favorite kill? SHC jumping with no leg armor me jumping with a bare leg, he alpha'd and missed I took both legs 50 in the air on the Viridian Bog.

And that kill was a stock build to boot.

It's a lovely little mech. I prefer doing the mid range harrass, though I'm tempted to set up that same sniper build.

It feels like it's right where all light mechs should be. It doesn't have any ridiculous superquirks, but it has enough hardpoints to compensate for its small size. I'd say they did a good job with this one. I like it.

Now I just wish they'd inflate the number of hardpoints on some of the old light mechs that have been left behind. <cough> RVN-4X <cough>

EDIT: I'm also having a lot of fun hunting streakboats

Very annoying and effective Light due to speed and size. And to think that most people still have not Elited the buggers yet...

Clans seems to have the #1 Light in the bag.

I agree, if you use it with the right terrain, though there is almost nothing for the other team to return fire at, haha. I unlocked the last of basics right after this match. Can`t wait to double everything and unlock that speed tweak too.
