Was just wondering if everyone that joins a private lobby has to have premium time or just the person hosting it?

To host you must have premium time, but you must fill out the other 11 players.

If two players have premium, then you can choose to run with partial teams. One hosts, the other takes lead of the enemy team.

Or something like that.
