Unless you have some amazing statistics, don't, and I say DON'T, offer the ideal o buffing or nerfing ANY mech.

We are all tired of the "nerf x mech" or "buff x mech" and even the "nerf x weapon" threads.

For the sake of your reputation and your gameplay, do NOT, offer any ideas as stated unless, and if and only if, you have statistics to offer.

Now those that ordered Wave 3 let's enjoy our shadowcats and arctic cheetahs

And then the people that ordered their Resistance 2 will enjoy theirs in a month or so

I been here for a long time, I have always followed this line of thinking. I have never wanted a Mech Buffed or Nerfed... Even when its been to my benefit! Look at all the Buff Atlas threads I posted in!

I don't know if I am l33t but most my mechs have a 3:1-4:1 kdr...is that decent? Not that I ever QQ or ask for nerfs, I just devise a strat to own them time and time again

Spider-5V needs to be buffed. Hard point inflation is worth considering. Even if I did not play MWO, I would be right.

Also how does this even affect my reputation and gameplay, except the likes I will receive from making such statement?

Tired of changes that aren't necessary. Like the raven? Nobody was complaining and it got a small nerf, Everyone was like "what the hell? We didn't ask for that, but we sure as hell asked for those stalker and firestarter nerfs..."

Direct buffs and direct nerfs (like the duration nerfs for the Doomcrow and Timbergod) are dumb bandaids anyway.

But i would definitely argue with you about the whole "if you're bad, that means all your ideas are dumb" mentality.
I do believe that a person can be an absolute pro and have absolutely moronic ideas for balancing and vice versa

The game is NOT balanced and there weapons and gear and mechs in general that need balancing, there's no denying that, but most of the balance issues will not be fixed by arbitrarily picking some mechs to be buffed and others nerfed, there are underlying issues that need to be tackled.
Issues that people, like me, have no idea how to fix.

So, i try to avoid making a complete fool of myself.
