According to how most people feel about the Timberwolf and Strormcrow, since they are out for CB currently, I rather think there is no P2W. Just buy a Timberwolf or Stormcrow, and...win!

Can someone elaborate? How does this work?

You put the pods on other mechs, so there's no P pods remaining, then try to purchase replacement pods on the P itself.

It did work on occasion with previous mechs, but I haven't tried on the SHC yet.
