It's passable. Perhaps a little too arhythmic in places, and I think you tried to cover that up with extra "noise". Assymmetric keystrokes or off-beat percussives, for example. I'm not 100 percent convinced it's "Mechwarrior". Some of the textures you're synthing sound more Arabic to my ears, and I get more of a Prince of Persia vibe at times.
I don't feel like it earned the ending hold. It never got me over the mountain, and then quickly tried to bring me back down.
Not trying to be cruel here. I know this had to have taken a lot of work. Just my honest critique.

Here is my first musical composition I am working on. It is for a MechWarrior video project I am working on developing. What do you all think?

Marack, what software are you using to compose this? At low volume (30%), it's not even audible... but I can listen to my music fine on Soundcloud. You may need to increase the volume levels of your instruments in the program you use. I personally use some Cakewalk programs and MAGIX Music Maker for my compositions.
Check out this artist on SC, he does some moviescore style music that can really give you an idea on how to build up to climax moments in the song, while also lowering the tone respectively... building the mood so to speak. And check me out too if you like dubstep And here's a video link I created for my unit and composed the music to as well.
Keep at it, don't let anything discourage you from working on your project, these things take patience and lots of time to complete for the right feel, especially if you're working to include this in a video. Don't rush it, make a masterpiece dude
