Method 1 : Play a game ^ 5% bonus of XP earned

Play a game using a trial mech or owned mech.
At the end of the game, a 'MISSION SUMMARY' is displayed.
Select [PLAYER STATS], and you will see: example
C-Bills EARNED _____ XP EARNED
130,000 ____________ 1000
Base on 5% of your XP earned,
a free GXP bonus is awarded to you. (Home screen)
In this case: 5% * 1000 = 50 GXP bonus
The more games you play, the more GXP you accumulate.
Method 2: Convert XP to GXP using MC

What is MC?
MC is the “real money” currency used in MechWarrior Online.
You cannot earn MC in the game,
you can only buy it for real world money.
Most of the things MC can buy are not purchasable with C-Bills.
Main screen, select [SKILLS] >
MECH TREES.
Choose a mech that has some XP .
(Preferably a mech with the most XP)
Example: SHADOW HAWK > SHD-2H
XP 35,000
{MECH TREE}
Click on the {MECH TREE} button below the SHD-2H's XP.
The SHD-2H skill tree is displayed.
At the lower left area of this display you can see
XP 35,000
[EXCHANGE XP]
Click on the [EXCHANGE XP] for the pop-up.

CURRENT MECH XP: 35,000
AMOUNT TO CONVERT: ??? [^]
COST: ??? MC

Clicking on the "AMOUNT TO CONVERT [^] " > 25, 50, 75, 100...
COST: 1 MC will convert 25 XP to 25 GXP
So, if you choose
AMOUNT TO CONVERT: 2000
COST: 80 MC
The final result is,
MECH XP: 33,000
and you gain, 2000 GXP
1 MC will convert 25 XP to 25 GXP
