[Ardent Haste]

So I go to the store and but a Clan Pack. Not a pre-order, but normal in game now mechs. The order goes through on my credit card, get the receipt, show up in my bank, etc, Problem is nothing shows up in game. Just read post from a guy that worked on a purchase issue for several months, final solution was he gave up, didn't get a refund or the merchandise.

Have noted that the 'support' section only gives email addresses, no phone numbers, no real address, so I'm a bi concerned here. Anyone else have a similar issue? did you resolve? How? time it took?

The gift store sends out gift codes you need to redeem to the account of the recipient.

The account injection takes place at 4PM PDT I've heard, which would be about 7-8 PM EST. It depends on where in the world you are.

Give it a while, and if a couple days go by and nothing shows up, I'd contact billing support.

I don't know why this is a thing, it's the first time i buy something digitaly in a game and have to wait for injection.

I got it the next day when I ordered my Urbies, so they'll show up.

Mech packages bought are usually injected at the hour.
I know they say 4PM by the next day but I never waited for more than an hour to get them.

Its says somewhere on the splash page for the clan waves I that packages are injected 4pm PST daily.

If you missed it today, look back tomorrow.
