Hi,

I bought the clan wave 3 shadowcat pack today and I didn't get my mechs.

When can i expect them to show up in my account since so far i've gotten all the other extra's that go along with the pack but not the arctic cheetah and the shadowcat...

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum but i'm unsure of where to post this.

It generally takes a few hours to inject them into your account. If they aren't there by the end of the day, contact support.

I thought that too but was on the line with somebody who bought them mid-evening and got them an hour or so later.

I think it's still the case, but as long as the purchase goes through quickly, it gets injected quicker.

Any delay in how/where/when you order it tends to hold up the process.

well the strange thing is i have the camo patern for the arctic cheetah and the shadowcat, the colors the premium time. but so far no mechs and if i'm not mistaken it is past 4pm pst...

If by the end of today you still haven't got the goods, shoot support an email, they'll clean it up in no time im sure. Like, you bought the pack, you should get the content, shouldn't be any question about that.
