What are the requirements? I have read that you go to pilot trees then click the mech with XP and there is an exchange button.

Well there is an exchange button alright but it is grayed out for me. Unclickable. Are there any requirements before i can do this? I have Unlocked Elite tier only. I already got 40k MXP on 1 mech but still unable to exchange...

You have to spend MC. 25 XP convert for 1 MC. It goes on sale for 50XP/1MC fairly often (only convert on sale).

You probably don't have any MC? That would cause it to be grayed out.
