Dear PGI, devs, tech support!
After the full Clan Wave 2 patch (about dec.9. 2014), I have connection problems. Never was before. The game disconnects total randomly. From in-game, or from the mech lab, or from the lobby, the game exits to login screen (and sometimes crashes to desktop, but that is not significant). I have runned the repair tool, meant nothing. Bought a new PC config. Installed, reinstalled, from two different connection location (installation was troublesome too, because of many unknown exiting, while downloading "Install database"). Watited, and waited patient from patch to patch and hoped that the next patch will fix it. But it's 5th Marc. Still suffering from disconnection and it gets really tiresome. I haven't found any technical help in the forum, but read one very similar post to my.
So the problem:
Server connection was lost. (total randomly, but at least once in every 20 min)
No other application loose the connection (TS running fluently and if I don't play, the torrents too, and sorry, but I can't say that other games running fluently too, because the MWO is the only game I can afford to play, in my very little free time)
The reinstall or install is crashing too. While I'm writing this, the installer is running, and had to be restarted 4 times (continues from the last downloaded data piece).
Some technical background:
Ping is not so low, 120-160, but stable. Had pinged, the google servers (57-63), while gaming, but when i got disconnected, the google ping was still stable and uninterrupted.
Got a win7 op sys (64bit). Intel Core i5-4400 @ 3.1GHz, 4GB RAM, GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Some other players have the same problem, and rumors that I'm not the only one with this kind of problem (based on TeamSpeak chatting).
Thanks for your support and effort. Please let me know that there is some kind of solution, or at least solution is on it's way in the next few weeks.

I have been having almost the same issue for the last two weeks. My issue is after starting the matchmaker it starts to load a match and then screen goes black other than the loading ring in the middle then boots me back to the mech lab and shows my mech is in a fight and i cannot join any matches. please help as i have now lost two weeks of premium time.

Same here. Very annoying, especially in CW when you're winning and happens to your entire team.

I'm writing again, because not a single f%§k was given on my e-mails. I've made, what the support sad. Sent a few omicron.log. Waited for a week, no answer. Sent another mail. Still no answer. Sent a memo, and a strange thing (still could hear the ingame teamspeak on the login screen, when "kicked" from server). No answer. Waited another week and still no answer. And still suffering from connection loss. And at the weekend it get worse. Couldn't rejoin, when I clicked on the rejoin button, the game crashed to desktop without a single crash info. Not a single crash, several times.
So once again. Could you please check the support mail box and send me just a few words (at least an auto reply), that the connection issue is known, and you working on it? Just something, anything. Give me a sign, that I'm not absolutely ignored. But yes, at this time I feel totally ignored as a recent customer of the game, and could say, that is not the game that I gave my money for!

Look at the strand I started "Searching..loading.. Disconnected From Game Server", I've been having this issue for months now and they don't really check those e-mails, I got one back and all they asked me was "Are you still having this issue as we still see you petition is still in the que." Obviously not as the petition is still in the que, and I've sent several others.. no answer.
I've pretty much given up on MWO, I've told anyone considering playing not to bother since PGI obviously doesn't care about anyone having issues, only the people that can play. PGI is well on the way to destroying a franchise that lasted well over 20 years, and they made 1 game and now its pretty much dead.. great job PGI.. NOT!!!

I don't know, what was the problem. Changed/replaced many things. The last was the router, what was given to me from my internet provider.
