Scat also has twice as much pod space to use the omnipods. How unrealistic of you to compare a fast Light with a Medium?
Sorry but this is so obviously wrong.
All I did was listing possible combinations of omnipods.
No mention of tonnage.
Please think before making such allegations.

Not what I said.
It's nice to just shout out some inconsiderate oversimplified accusation, isn't it?
Are you all really so simple that you don't see the difference between possible combinations and absolute loadouts?
And don't come now with how I am insulting for writing that.
Insulting are the obviously false allegations and accusations that twist perfectly logical posts in the first place just to have a reason to be "against it".
If I'm noticing it, I am NOT the one being insulting.
Ah never mind.
Thread abandoned, flame what you like.

I think the Cheetah is great, and offers plenty of variety. You've got the option of SRMs in the shoulders if you really want to use them, but Clan lasers are definitely where it's at. ERSL, SPL, ERML, MPL, and ERLL. Only LPLs don't really make sense on this mech, but can sort of work if you combine one with some ERSL.
ECM is taken in most cases because it's so beneficial to lights. Streaks are a major threat, and ECM can help if the Streakboat is dumb enough not to counter with BAP/CAP or counter-ECM.
I feel like more builds are actually possible with the Cheetah than the Shadowcat simply because it has at least 2 more hardpoints available as long as you don't count the terrible MG builds.
