AMD has released the Catalyst 15.7.1 WHQL for Win7, Win8.1 and Win10 - get it here (it is urgent to chose the right Driver for the right OS bcs the Driverpacks be different!):

running 15.71 on my Dell 15R laptop which got a AMD 8730M 2GB GDDR3

no issues here

constant 25+ fps at 1280x720P all med settings

No Vsync

I installed it last night seemed pretty stable with Win10
