What's up with lower arm actuators and hand actuators this wave? They seem to be unavailable on the omnipods that have LESS or the same hardpoints more often than not, which is really hurting the Executioner and Shadow Cat.
Why can't the Shadow Cat have even lower arm actuators on the missile arms? Why are lowers not available on arms that normally would have them? Why do some of the omnipods randomly have them while others randomly do not, even though they have the same exact hardpoint? SHC-PRIME vs SHC-A is a great example, LA omnipod.
The Executioner is performing okay right now, but it's seriously gimped due to the lack of actuators. Using SRMs on my SHC has been a real pain thus far, 2-3 matches with low damage because of overheating and having trouble keeping SRMs on target.
Can we get a petition going to bring these actuators to Wave 3 or something? They appear to be arbitrarily missing, and it's hurting the Mechs. I understand not having actuators on the EXE 6-energy arm, but the rest of them? Cmon, PGI.

Gar-B, C, D, and Prime versions all have hand actuators. Which is why I prefer it over Exe.

Because someone sent a report of Executioner pilots flashing clan signs and that embarrased the clanners.

PGI's rules are very arbitrary.
Mechs that SHOULD have them (come stock) do not have them (removed in MWO), and of course mechs that should be able to mount them (no ballistic or PPC) cannot either.
Warhawk is affected by the first, and the A variant should come with an actuated left arm.
